‘By the horns’ by ruby dixon was the cure to the emotional necrotizing fasciitis called writers block!  That being said I am still reading this book to be honest with you!   But also to be honest with you, I will say this was the best book I had ever read since RYP’s world’s dangerous places though it is a completely different subject matter completely though it helped me get over m writers block the same day as my birthday!  There are great things about about the book and the writing of it!

The story it self as about a minatour and girl named Gwenna and there sexual and not so sexual adventure!  That being said necromancy is completely illegal in this world and not evil! 

Also they use the world mucking instead of the f-word!  That being said I started to use the word mucking instead too.    This being said found this book a really great escape and vacation from the day to day grind of the reality!   Also ruby Dixon knows how to build a world and she is just utterly fantastic!

I got this books for a birthday present to my self and found that it would and could break my writers block!  That being said the characters were so irresistible that I had to write a book similar to this!  I also wanted to write monster smut but couldn’t because if writers block!   This book was rather good and it was great writing though I never though a book would cure me of writers block, but that is the power of ruby Dixon for yah!

She read fantasy and sci-fi novels inspiration and she really is great at what she does for a living!    That being said I would rather read monster smut and enjoy it though these books are scarce to say the least!   She written the ice planet series, I think it is called though I could not afford it!  That being said I hope to read them and bull moon rising!  This book is spectacular and rather entertaining like a good mucking glass of ale!   Keep up the great work ruby!   I see another bookish tattoo in the works!!!!

Obsess over obsession

I will give you some thing to obsess over!   This is the second book in the steel brothers series, and this is where obsession because the plot thickens!   That said i was reading this when jade wanted a tattoo of a pheonix and this upsets talon to know end and with good reason.  One of his kidnappers had the same tattoo, am I saying too much!    And who ever said that a little (or a lot) of smut will not hurt anyone is actually correct in that assumption.  The sex scenes are explicit and fun to read as well the ranch setting is very unique.

This is why I love to read and write, though I must say this non-monster smut.  That being it is rather good to read and it is pure artistry like a finely and tasteful tattoo that will reside in your brain.   I personally love this series, though I love the  characters, jade and talon!   This is great writing and creative characters, though has every trigger warning this I say again and again:  give me all the trigger warning as long as it is great reading!   There is nothing much that will drive me up the wall, and I had a lot of lived trauma in life!  That being said what not triggering about fine art, that I ask you.  And this book series and all of the Helen Hardt books are fine art and great reading.    Keep on  writing the great stories with the hot love scenes and I would keep reading though I don’t have the money for all thirty books, it is well worth spending the money on this great series!    I will have to recommend these great reads to anyone who would read a great love story and will read romance and even listen to what I have to say.

 Though I started this series, it is still calming like a fine wine and cheese this will open your mind to different (romance) book genre and I will say that this not your grandmother’s Romance novels, they are better. Craving will have you craving more

 

  This book I got at the local reuse ♻️ centre, along with the other first six!    Though there was about 30 books to this on according to Goodreads (what I call another colourful name).  I started to read this book though it is not monster smut, still it is smut!  And very good  at that point.

That said the book starts with jade coming to Colorado to do  get a job, it introduced jade and talon, talon though has ptsd from childhood trauma though he is seen looking at a glass of water.     That being said i he was kidnapped by the three men and had to see someone else getting killed just to survive.   Sorry I told a lot of the story there ….but you need to hear who talon is.    That being said he crushes jades lips in the initial kiss and starts to desire her.   All the while jade gets a job wine tasting and helps around the steel ranch.  That being it has a lot of trigger warnings, and lot of sex scenes if you are into that.   That said, I am tough …..give me all the trigger warnings and give all the sex scenes!   Though I found that this rather good and almost calming to read the book like a good drink of wine.    That being said for people who like to drink, I rather read books like this to calm down from a day.  

 That book i must have finished after a few day!  This was a smutty good ride that you must read to get a feel of the fifty shades of grey books and others!   That said, it is needless to say that Helen Hardt is a hero of mine to say what she needs to say though I started to read this series…in September  2025 that was a colossal success with reading this series.   Might I say that this should be a movie

It’s a bird, is someone flipping me THE bird! (Airplane thrillers)

 Falling:   This book is a thrill ride and a half, more like two thrill rides and a half (maybe more).   This book got me squeaking like a church mouse when I first read this in paper back.    That being said I was farting around the dollarama in Perth after a tattoo consultation for my side neck piece and I saw this book, though I tried this book in Eboni form and I decided it was not good enough, that being said - people can go back on their decision, the this book and two after it is not that smutty it is rather an interesting and entertaining read.  This read is about the pilot who endures a hijack through text message and is a real hit with me that I would be squeaking and screaming at the though t of the pages turning to the next surprise though I read this book from cover to cover  3 or four times it was just as good as the day I bought it!   Though if you are going to go to T.J. Newman’s book it would make total sense  to read this book first not because it was written first but because it is rather entertaining and a roller coaster ride, though I must warn you that this book does end with suicide and this is the authors first book, you might now like it as much as her later works!   That being  I would read this one anyways because it was very good in my opinion!   

Drowning:  this one in my opinion was a thrill ride and a half though I ordered it from Amazon!  This book was about the airplane under water and the passengers are struggling to find air to breathe.  It is not as fun as the first book -falling but I would still recommend this book to anyone who would listen.   This is a good book but a dull book if you like  you books taking place underwater.

I personally love the first book though she was just starting out, this wasn’t bad but it was only read twice by me, once before giving them up, which was a sad day in my opinion when I had to give up these books!   Personally I ran out of room in room and had to give them up, though I can’t remember what I trained these in for, it was not as spectacular as those books though I would not read this books if you are prone to nightmares or nightmares terrors that take place on an airplane!   If not read them….

Personally people give this author a one star and dont really think twice before posting it on good reads though I have to respect free speech this drives me completely up the wall….guess we can’t all like the same things.   Even if we tried.   That said if you did not like these books feel free to try them again if you want.   You will not regrett it!

Worst case scenario:   

 This is about an airplane that  flies or crashes into a nuclear power plant, though the pilot had a heart attack people did not know that and thought it was an mutant garden gnome (terrorist) that was at fault!    This is another thrilling story by T.J. Newman who in my opinion is a master author and writer.  What can I say she was an artist.   That being said  said I bet some ignorant person is giving her a one star review though it is not very fair.

Not very many people can publish a book and have it become an obsession in the reading community, me included -being obsessed with these books!   That being said I suggest that reading them might take an open mind though these thrillers, books I rarely read public ally are the best kind of thrillers.   Might I suggest reading the first , falling and then finish with this wower of a booming booking.   That being said T.J. Newman has maid a hell of an impression on me, though I think this book was published by Simon and shutters, I don’t know for sure, it was a god damn good book to read!   That being said I really think  T.J. should be given an award for this book….also a six or ten star review, but when I was on good reads it would only allow five star rating this was a great book, they were all great books in my opinion, what are you waiting for find and read them.

I started this blog because I think the only way to fight terrorism effectively is the enjoyment and reading of a book (smutty or not so smutty) book!  That said i was reading since before kindergarten and I would encourage people to read them reap the benefits of a good goddamn book  form time to him, genre up to you!   Though I read smut in public I also love reading other books from time to time, these would be one of them that are great to read and obsess over.  What do  you think of these books!

 

One of the best damn books that is not smut (non smut book)

 Now I know this is not smut, though I promised  you more smutty books that being said I though this  one book would be a great place to wet your interest in reading.    This was the book that got me to seek help for my PTSD and also got me to wonder about my genetic heritage and to spend 200$ on a DNA test only to find that most of these places are in my DNA map!   This was the book that started it all!  I found this book or heard about it on tv when I was suffering from a cold in 2006 after I had a massive depressive episode.   That being said this book talks about countless war zone excluding Romania of yore and Ukraine  though I think they should have been mentioned in the book.   That being said it talks about places like Chechnya and Afghanistan and beyond that you may or may not want to know about, though I want to know everything.    Literally this book was able to make me laugh, cry and get angry at the same time as well as I still a love of learning about other cultures that I sort of already had because I travelled with my parents.     This book i was able to see how to cope with nasty things and people  though I was in a perfect country of Canada, this was a big learning and entertaining curve for me.    So I learned about everyone who was similar to me though not as fortunate as me to get out these hotspots.  That being said I gave me a lot of compassion about the normal people who are stuck in hot spots!    That said, it is a wonderful book (or series of books) to help you learn about this nerd called earth and about your self!   Though it talks about what to do when you are dealing with war/ terrorism/kidnapping and other situations this is a fun book to read.   I read this book first when I was 17, though  I  learned about the world though the authors eyes and in a fun/funny point of view,   This is where I am going to unfortunately spoil the book.   At the book of this book they give the warning signs for PTSD, and I just got out of a massive depression and was wondering what caused it!   That being said I read this section on PTSD, and it helped me get the help I needed and the proper care.  If it were not for this book….. literallly I would be in a mental hospital, jail, or worse dead.  I would not be 37 and almost intact that would be certain.   This book also helped me figure out where my ancestors came from (which was Central Asia and some of east and Western Asia). That being, I ow this book not just my life or my mental health but also to learning where I truly came from ethnicity wise.

So weather you are like me who were born in a war zone, first world country, wanting to learn more and /looking for you place in ethnic history of human kind, this is the book that will move you and sake you and even make you give to a few (legitimate) charities too!  It is 1000 pages but it 1000 magical pages in my opinion!    Personally I would by the author a drink a do a tattoo for a job well done.   That being read this book and you will be amazed and freaking out.  It is rather addictive , just to warn you and you will want to read books like this later on because this book.    I started to read this book as a teenager and a curious cat and then found that I even learned and helped my self not just the world too.    It is also funny entertaining and rather educational, like your favourite teacher in school.     That being said I am where I am because of the  book series!   Must I tell you more, I am getting a laughing skull tattoo because of the books as I way to say thank you for helping the world and the individuals in it!

I am also very considerate and thoughtful about other cultures because of the book (series).  If there is one bookm that I would highly recommend that is not smutty or romancing this will be the first damn book I would suggest reading, even if you haven’t read 1000 pages all at once!   Start here.   This was literally the first big big book I read as teenager, and I still read this book from time to time when i am bored.  This is one book I would first and highly recommend recommend for teenagers and people who are concerned with this world.  Just try it would won’t be regretting it!

Hello meet the opinionator!

 

Hello there my name is Elena you know me from crime balls and Tuesday witchcraft podcast!    That said i am a book lover and a but of a writer!   I have a Wattpad account though this will only censor me from time to time, also I am here to write book reviews on the romance and monster romance books that I encounter from my travels from the Amazon, indigo or even the reuse centre!    Though I have strict expectations for my smut!  And one is that is has to be smutty romance or monster smut!   It cannot be inspirational Christian romances that are in books stores! I was a big romanc  fan from high school, my grand mother would be responsible for the love of romance and my father adventure books that I sometimes read from time to time! One thing if you are Christian that is great but it is not my bag and I still welcome you to my blog!    That said i was born in Romania ans adopted to Canada where  I live with my friends.   My parents were dead for a few years now and it is still hard!  When I am not reading or writing, I am getting tattoos and piercings, stargazing/astrophotography snd listening to podcasts and true crime YouTubing on YouTube and podcasting.   I am hope to write a great monster smut novel for watt pad!  Though I have many heroes I will tell you them later!  I also keep a journal though that will not be publishing that, that is. For my mental health!    That being said said I started to write fiction (smut) for my mental health, though I am suffering from writers block -which is rather annoying  as I am constepated with ideas.   That being said  I am a bit of a stargazer and astronomy , been that why since age 4!   My father taught me to stargaze and to Identify constellations then and was called demonic in elementary school!  That being said that was a rotten experience for me…..and I have had a few rotten experiences in my life! When recent event would be the water seeping through the fucking floor and taking a month out of a good life!  Let’s just say I love learning about microbiology and mould, infectious diseases though confront with  them can be fucking annoying.  One is the mould that were combatting right now.  So there is that.   I also have a certificate in the mould investigation and abatement!   I some times take courses on coursera for fun!   I just love learning, though I had a hell of time in school, I am rather gifted intellectually.   I have an iq of 196 this is rather rare.

When I went to high school I rediscovered reading and I started to shine as I should.  Let’s say they were nice in elementary school.   I am only a friends not a lover though…. I tried romantic relationships because I can’t stand that though I can’t the money that comes with relationships or the lack of money.   I rather not talk about it.  But  I rather deal with the idea of being in love then to actually be in someone arms and it costing me …..   i am very cheap when it comes to certain things!  Though I must say I started to skateboarding last September it was fun and plan on it this summer!  I can only do one trick on the skateboard!     I am LGBTQIA though I usually write het romances!  I am lesbian though I will not get into how I figured that out.  But  I will say this i am underweight, over opinionated and under 50!    That being said I hope to get some thing published, other then this blog!

I will be writing fiction on here as well, mostly monster smut and smut though I mainly use this as a book review site, good reads is full of right winged idiots who want to date people  and there are coming out of the wood work, no thanks to Donald trump.   That will a different ball game all together and I don’t want to talk about it.  Though I tried the ONC on Wattpad, it was not what I hoped to maybe next year.  That being  said they had a great prompt last year with the dictatorship theme!  Though I was confronted with a garden theme  this year….what the hell?   How can anyone think under these conditions!  Also people are rather scammy on Wattpad.  This is rather annoying to.       That being said I don’t go on good reads for the good reason so I made a blog where people don’t have to harass me into dating them.  This is not a joke!

 Today I am making this blog so people could read my book reviews and some of my fiction  with being harassed or scammed at all!  This is the last safe place to write about anything.   This being said I wanted to write a fictional book, 5ough I did a book on poems just last Tuesday!  I also host and star in the crime balls and Tuesday witchcraft podcast on YouTube , both I do once a week!  That being said I got my first like from YouTube though it is rather interesting.   I also read adventure + action and I also read some thrillers!  Though I am not a mystery and thriller nerd.  I literally picke da mystery and thought it was a romance at first.   I hate most romances!  Though I can’t stand them I still read them from time to time!

My heroes are: Lisa scottoline, Robert young pelton, ruby dixion, Helen hardt, maya banks and EL James, and Silvia day!   Though I just met ruby dixion today though her book by the horns!      I hope you enjoy the books I will mentioned on here!  I hope you have read some of them and want to re-read them and even read some of my fiction too.   Also feel free to  comment on the posts!  Thank you!
